Released in 1983, 'Uyir Ulla Varai Usha' was written, produced, directed, and composed by T. Rajendar himself. Nalini was the female lead in this film, and the lead roles were played by Ganga, Radha Ravi, S.S. Chandran, Goundamani, and Saritha, was a very well-received film when it first came out in theatres and is widely known for its drama quotient and melodious music. This film was one of T. Rajender's best works.
