Only Fools and Horses fans have been left delighted after two memorable characters were pictured together and teased a new show.
The BBC sitcom premiered on television in 1981 and ended in 2003, leaving behind many memorable moments.
From Del Boy (David Jason) falling through the bar to the Trotter brothers becoming millionaires, and Trigger (Roger Lloyd Pack) claiming he's had the same broom for 20 years, some scenes have stuck with us for decades.
The Unlucky Winner Is… episode is also a favourite among fans. The plot sees Rodney Trotter (Nicholas Lyndhurst) posing as a teenage boy for a week after his brother Del entered him into an art competition without his permission, and he wins in the under-15 category.
As Del, Rodney, and Cassandra arrive in Spain for their free trip abroad, they are greeted by upbeat holiday reps Alan (Michael Fenton Stevens) and Carmen (Gina Bellman), who explain that all winners will now be members of the Groovy Gang.
Rodney is mortified to discover he has to pretend to be 14 years old for the duration of their trip. Over the next seven days, he is forced to participate in childish activities so his 'parents', Del and Cassandra (Gwyneth Strong), can enjoy their summer vacation.
Bemused Rodney has to endure skating, a breakdancing contest, junior disco, and becomes the love interest of a thirteen-year-old Bros fan.
The legendary episode of Only Fools and Horses first aired in January 1989, and now the Groovy Gang leaders have reunited.
Taking to social media, Carmen actress Gina Bellman shared a photo alongside Alan star Michael Fenton Stevens, and teased that the pair may be filming another television series together.
She captioned the image: "Forgot to tag the always wonderful @fentonstevens and my Groovy Gang companion! What a delight to dip into scenes with you again!"
Only Fools fans wasted no time in commenting on the post, with one person writing: "That was one of my favourite episodes (laughing face)." A second stated: "One of the funniest episodes of OFAH. 'Go on, Rodney- you’re going with the Groovy Gang', while a third chimed in: "Classic made my day seeing this."
"One of my favourite episodes. It’s so funny from start to finish", added one fan while another exclaimed: "This is wonderful xxxxxxxx."
Gina, 59, is also well known for playing Jane Christie in the BBC sitcom Coupling between 2000 and 2004.
The New Zealand-born, British TV star studied in London and has also starred as Sophie Devereaux in Leverage between 2008 and 2012, Jemima Swann in Ripper Street, Karen in Emerald City, Lady Leonora in Henry IX, plus many more.
Meanwhile, Michael, 68, is also no stranger to television success, having been a star on screen for nearly 40 years. Some of his acting roles include playing the Home Secretary in the series My Dad's the Prime Minister, Gordon in the sitcom Nighty Night, Sir Henry in Benidorm, with other appearances in Doctor Who, Ghosts, The Crown, and Coronation Street - to name a few.
Between 2010 and 2013, Michael voiced the role of Paul Morgan on The Archers.
