DIY Rice Water For Hair: The water left after washing or soaking rice, which contains amino acids, vitamin B, vitamin E, minerals and antioxidants, helps in nourishing the hair. Since ancient times, it has been used in Asian countries for the strength and shine of hair.
Rice water strengthens the hair roots and helps in reducing hair fall. It supports hair growth and brings natural shine to dry, lifeless hair. With regular use, hair becomes soft, smooth and manageable. Apart from this, it can also help in reducing dandruff and scalp itching.
To make Rice Water, first take half a cup of raw rice and wash it thoroughly with clean water. Now put the rice in a bowl and add 2 to 3 cups of water in it. Soak the rice in water for 20–30 minutes. After this, filter and separate the water. This is your Rice Water, which you can use on your hair.
If you want more effective Rice Water, then keep the soaked Rice Water at room temperature for 24 hours. When it smells slightly sour, it becomes Fermented Rice Water. Before use, dilute it a little in normal water, so that the scalp does not get irritated.

First of all wash the hair with mild shampoo. Now apply Rice Water thoroughly on the scalp and hair length. Massage lightly for 10–15 minutes and leave it. After this wash hair with plain water. Using it 1–2 times a week is sufficient.
Rice Water Do not leave it in the hair for too long, it can make the hair hard. If your scalp is sensitive, do a patch test first. Avoid using large amounts or daily use.
