On the evening of February 7police officers from the St. Cloud Police Department were dispatched to an apartment on the 3100 block of 40th Avenue South after a medical emergency call.

Upon arrival, officers found Hallie pronounced dead from multiple stab wounds inside the locked apartment.

Her husband, 23-year-old Dylan Michael Toblerwas also discovered at the scene with serious injuries. Authorities believe his wounds were self-inflictedand he was subsequently taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
