New Delhi: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is set to hold the Maharashtra HSC Class 12 board exams 2026 from today, February 10. The English exam will start at 11 AM today and will conclude by to 2 PM. Students appearing for the exam must carry the Maharashtra HSC admit card 2026 as it is required for verification.
Students appearing for the Class 12 English paper today need to each the exam hall centre before 10:30 AM. The Maharashtra HSC Class 12 board exams 2026 will be held in two shifts. Session 1 is scheduled from 11 AM to 2 P and session 2 from 3 PM to 6 PM. Over 15 lakh students will appear for MSBSHSE HSC exams 2026 across science, arts, commerce, vocational and TechSci subjects.
Students need to secure at least 35 per cent marks to qualify for a subject. To find out whether the student has qualified or achieved a distinction, the marks from all components will be added for the subjects with two papers or with both theory and practical components.
Maharashtra Class 10 board exams 2026 will be conducted from February 20 to March 18.
As per the MSBSHSE board, a total of 3,50,015 students will appear for the board exam from various districts in the state. Out of the total students, 3,22,832 are fresh, 10,081 are repeaters, 13,780 are private and 401 belong to ISO and 2,921 to CSI students.
