Bureau Rewa Madhya Pradesh. As an important initiative towards alternative dispute resolution through the mediation centre, District Legal Services Authority Bhopal Secretary and Judge Sunit Aggarwal inspected the Global Mediation Center on Monday. During the inspection, he praised the arrangements, structure and functioning of the center and said that this center is completely well organized and effective mediation is possible here in a positive environment.

President of Global Mediation Center, Dr. Pratibha Rajagopal and Vice President G.S. Tiwari welcomed Judge Sunit Aggarwal by presenting memento and gave detailed information about the objectives of the institution, available facilities and mediation process.Dr. Rajagopal said that this center is working towards quick and amicable resolution of family, social and other disputes.

During the inspection, Justice Sunit Aggarwal said that mediation not only reduces the burden of pending cases on the courts, but also provides relief to the parties from time, money and mental stress. He said that such centers make the judicial system more humane and accessible.

Dr. Pratibha Rajagopal further informed that the Global Mediation Center will be inaugurated and digitally inaugurated by the High Court, Jabalpur on 12th February. Keeping this important event in mind, a preliminary inspection of the center was conducted by Judge Sunit Aggarwal, so that all the arrangements could be ensured smoothly. On this occasion, Vice President of the organization G.S. Tiwari, Mediator and Counselor Asha, Urmila Sharma and other officers and members of the organization were present.
