To maintain eyesight and improve vision, not only a healthy diet but also daily consumption of certain fruits is very important. According to experts, some fruits are rich in natural antioxidants and vitamins, which help in improving eyesight.


1. Blueberry


Blueberry is a superfruit for the eyes. A nutrient called anthocyanin is found in it, which protects the eye cells from free radicals and inflammation. Eating blueberries daily also reduces vision loss due to aging.


2. Orange


Oranges are rich in Vitamin C, which strengthens the blood vessels of the eyes and reduces the risk of diseases like cataracts. Drinking an orange or orange juice for breakfast is considered beneficial for the eyes.


3. Pomegranate


Pomegranate contains high amounts of antioxidants, which protect eye cells from damage and help improve vision. Consuming pomegranate daily reduces swelling of the eyes and keeps the eyes healthy for a long time.


4. Kiwi


Kiwi contains good amounts of lutein and zeaxanthin, which protect the eyes from the harmful effects of UV rays. Therefore it can be consumed.
