A case of hooliganism by some masked miscreants has come to light near Harinagar Kachchi Gate in Panipat. After eating momos here, there was a fight between four youths and the street vendor operator over money. It is alleged that the next day the four accused came with 20 other associates and attacked the street vendor and his brother and ran away.

Local people made a video and made it viral on social media. It is clearly seen in the video that a dozen youths are waving sticks in their hands. The police have registered a case and started investigating the matter.

In the complaint given to the police, the victim Vikas told that he is a resident of Gangaram Colony. He, along with his brother Dinesh, sets up a momos stall near Kachchi Phatak. On Monday (February 2), he was at a street vendor. Meanwhile, 4 youths came and after eating momos, started giving less money.

When he asked the reason, the young man said that the momos were bad. After quarrelling, they left without paying. On Tuesday (February 3), Goldie, Gaurav Sahil and 20-30 other youths came with sticks, swords and guns and attacked them.

The local people took the injured to the civil hospital and the matter was reported to the Old Industrial Police Station. DSP Headquarters Satish Vats said that on the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case and have also captured the video of the incident. Soon the accused will also be arrested.

Giving information on the matter, DSP Headquarters officer Satish Vats said that two days ago, there was an incident of fight between two parties over money for momos, the video of which went viral on social media. FIR has been registered in this matter. Names of three-four people have been given on behalf of the victims. Besides, information about 25-30 unknown people has also been given.
