Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has announced recruitment for several positions, including Senior Scientist cum Head, Farm Manager, Stenographer, and Driver. Eligible candidates can apply online by February 23, 2026.

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has released a notification for recruitment to several posts, including Senior Scientist cum Head, Farm Manager, Stenographer Grade-III, and Driver. This is a golden opportunity for candidates who wish to work in a prestigious institution like BHU.

The application process for this recruitment has already started. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online. The last date to apply is February 23, 2026. Candidates are advised to complete their applications before the last date.

According to the notification issued by BHU, recruitment will be done for several positions in the university. These include positions such as Senior Scientist cum Head, Farm Manager, Stenographer Grade-III, and Driver.  In addition, candidates will also be appointed to other technical and non-technical positions in the university, giving candidates with different qualifications an opportunity to apply.

The eligibility criteria for this recruitment vary depending on the position. For some positions, candidates must have passed 12th grade, while for others, a graduation or M.Sc. degree is required.

The minimum age limit for applying to this recruitment is 18 years. The maximum age limit is set between 30 and 40 years, depending on the position. Age relaxation will be given to candidates from reserved categories as per rules.

For scientific and technical positions, General, OBC, and EWS candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs. 1000. For non-technical positions, candidates from these categories will have to pay a fee of Rs. 500. SC, ST, PwD, and female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. To apply, candidates must visit the official BHU website. There, they need to click on the “Apply Online” link and fill out the application form. After uploading the required documents, they should submit the form.
