MS Dhoni: Six years have passed since the retirement of former Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, but it has had no impact on his fan following. Even today he continues to be in the headlines. Recently Mahi had a conversation with Jatin Sapru, in which he gave his opinion on many issues. During this, he also told that he does not particularly like talking on the phone. Somehow that’s why he doesn’t talk much on the phone.
Many former cricketers often complain to MS Dhoni that he does not answer the phone. Many times there was a lot of controversy regarding this matter. But, it was never known why Mahi does this. But now Dhoni has told during an interview that he does not particularly like talking on the phone.
Dhoni said during an interview with TV presenter Jatin Sapru, ‘I’m not good at talking like that. I like to sit in front and talk to people. I am not a person who talks very well on the phone, because I cannot see faces, so I feel very awkward when it comes to talking on the phone.
When Jatin Sapru, during the interview, raised a question about Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma playing in the World Cup 2027. To this Mahi replied, ‘Why not. Why should no one play the World Cup? Age is not a yardstick for me. For me, performance and fitness are the criteria. I believe there is no need to tell anyone anything, but it should be clear that everyone will be treated equally. I was 24 years old when I debuted. Nobody told me anything and now when I have been playing for India for 10 years or 20 years, there is no need for anyone to come and tell me about my age.
