'Mardaani 3' shows good growth, collects ₹21.35 crore

The cop action drama Mardaani 3 has shown a good jump in its box office collection on the first Tuesday of its release.

The film, starring Rani Mukerji, raked in around ₹2.5 crore, taking the total collection to ₹21.35 crore nett at the Indian box office after five days.

This increase can be attributed to discounted ticket fares that attracted more viewers on Tuesday than on its opening day and nearly 80% of Saturday's admissions.

If Mardaani 3 continues its current performance, it is likely to end its first week with a collection between ₹25 crore and ₹26 crore nett.

However, this figure is lower than what Mardaani 2 earned in its opening week.

Despite this, the film has the potential to surpass Mardaani 2's final gross if it maintains its momentum in the second and third weeks.
