Tejeshwi Sharma and Ishaan Mittal decided to join Agrawal post his departure

Agrawal said that he would be teaming up with Mittal and Sharma to start a venture capital firm

Amid the ongoing top-level churn at Peak XV Partnersthe VC firm has now parted ways with three of its managing directors – Ashish Agrawal, Ishaan Mittal, and Tejeshwi Sharma.

“We have mutually decided to part ways with Ashish Agrawal. After thoughtful consideration and discussions, it became clear that parting ways was in the best interests of our limited partners and the long-term interests of the firm,” Peak XV said in a statement.

The firm added that Mittal and Sharma decided to join Agrawal, following his departure.

Following the exits, Peak XV announced a series of promotions. The company has elevated Abhishek Mohan to the position of general partner and Saipriya Sarangan to the role of COO.

In a LinkedIn post, Agrawal said that he would be teaming up with Mittal and Sharma to start a venture capital firm.
