Ingredients for Moong Chaat
1 cup mixed sprouts (mung), 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber finely chopped, half cup boiled sweet corn, half cup pomegranate, half teaspoon roasted cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, juice of 1 lemon, coriander leaves, Bhujia Sev for garnishing


How to make Moong Chaat?
Step 1: To make Moong Chaat, first soak 1 cup mixed sprouts overnight and boil them well in the morning. When they boil, take them out in a big bowl. Make sure the water is drained thoroughly.


Step 2: Now, in the next step add finely chopped onion, tomato and cucumber to the moong. After that add half cup boiled sweet corn and half cup pomegranate and mix well.


Step 3: Now, add half teaspoon roasted cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, salt as per taste, half teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, lemon juice and green coriander and mix well. Now, finally add sev bhujia on top to garnish.
