Emmerdale’s Eden Taylor-Draper has shared some major relationship news with fans.
Eden shot to fame when she joined the ITV show back in 2005, aged just eight, playing Belle Dingle, the daughter of legends Zak (Steven Haliwell) and Lisa (Jane Cox). And it didn’t take Belle long to become a firm favourite with fans.
She has also played a part in several big soap moments - from her heartbreaking domestic abuse storyline to killing her best pal and having a shock affair with the village doctor, Belle’s time in the Dales has not been short of drama.
Away from the soap, though, actress Eden is loved-up with her boyfriend Ed Lewis. The pair began dating in 2016 and are believed to have met at Harrogate Grammar School in North Yorkshire.
Ed is not in the acting industry and studied at Durham University from 2016 until 2019, and graduated with a first-class honours in geography.
The young couple share a keen love of travel and often shares photos from various locations around the world on Instagram, including a festive trip to the Christmas markets of Vienna, Austria.
However, Eden has revealed that she and Ed have taken their relationship to the next level. Recently, Eden shared a video on her TikTok account, which is dedicated to her passion for reading and books, to check in on her followers.

She opened the video and said: “Hello! We’re back! How are you? How is life? I feel like so much has been going on, which is why I’ve not been posting.”
She then revealed her big relationship news and explained: “We moved, we bought a flat, we went travelling, I’ve been working, it’s all lovely stuff!” Eden added, “I feel like I’m ready to get back into my reading, get on top of my reading goals for the new year."
Eden also revealed her big plans for her new flat and shared: “In our new flat, actually, the front room I want to turn into the ultimate reading nook, because we’ve got a huge bookshelf nd I’ve got a little sofa in there, and I just want to turn it into a little slice of reading paradise.”
Her fans quickly flooded the comments section with messages of support. One person wrote: “Aw, glad you’re back!” Someone else penned: “I love this!” A third said: “This is such a cosy corner, I’m excited for more content.”
Emmerdale airs Monday to Friday at 8:00pm on ITV1 and ITVX
