Tezzbuzz Desk- Everyone wants to start the day with a healthy and tasty breakfast, but in the morning rush, one needs something which can be prepared quickly and keeps the stomach full for a long time. In such a situation, Garlic Gram Flour Cheela can prove to be a great breakfast option.
This cheela is rich in protein and fiber, while the vegetables added to it further increase its nutritional value. The seasoning of garlic on top doubles its taste and is also considered beneficial for digestion.

First of all, make a spicy and tasty chutney by crushing or grinding garlic, cumin, red chilli and salt.
Prepare a smooth and not too thick batter by adding gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, salt and little water in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix cheese, carrot, cabbage, onion, capsicum and green coriander well.
Heat the pan and apply light oil. Now pour the gram flour batter on the pan and spread it in a thin layer.
When the cheela becomes light golden, flip it. Spread garlic chutney on top and then add vegetable stuffing.
Cover and cook the cheela on medium flame for 2-3 minutes, so that the stuffing gets set well.
Serve hot Garlic Besan Cheela with green chutney, tomato sauce or curd. If you want, you can also pack it in children’s tiffin.
If you want to make it more healthy, then fry the cheela in olive oil or less oil instead of ghee.
