Millets Churma Recipe: There is a need to keep the body warm in winter. There are many things to eat as superfoods but there is no answer to millet. Everyone likes to consume millet from health and taste point of view. Bajra is hot in nature and when combined with jaggery, it gives internal warmth to the body. You must have eaten millet roti but have you tasted its churma?
This healthy and sweet churma is everyone’s favorite and can be made with an easy recipe. This dish is traditionally made in Rajasthan and Haryana. Today we are telling you how to make this dish with the help of some ingredients.

what materials are needed
Bajra flour – 2 cups
Jaggery- 1 cup
Desi Ghee – half cup
Cardamom powder- half teaspoon
Almond
Cashew
pistachio
lukewarm water
Know the easy way to make millet churma
You can make this special dish according to the recipe given here which is as follows…
First of all, add a pinch of salt (optional) to the millet flour and knead a soft dough with the help of lukewarm water.
Now make balls of this dough and roll them into slightly thick rotis.
After this, roast the rotis on the pan on low flame till they become golden and crisp from both the sides.
When the rotis are hot, break them into small pieces. If you want, you can grind them coarsely in a mixer.
Now heat some ghee in a pan and add small pieces of jaggery in it.
When the jaggery starts melting, add the prepared millet mixture into it.
After this, add good amount of desi ghee, cardamom powder and roasted dry fruits to it.
After mixing well, your hot bajra churma is ready.
You can eat it as is or make small laddus and store them.
