Shadowfax IPO Listing: Shares of Shadowfax, which serves big clients like Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra, Swiggy, BigBasket, Zepto, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zomato, Uber, Licious and Magicpin, were listed at a discount in the domestic market today. Its IPO received a mixed response from investors, and subscription in every category was not completely filled.
Shares were issued in the IPO at a price of ₹124. Today, they were listed at ₹113.00 on BSE and ₹112.60 on NSE, which means IPO investors did not get any listing gains. Instead, their capital decreased by about 9%. After the listing, the shares tried to recover. They rose to ₹116.35 on BSE (ShadowFax share price), which means IPO investors are now at a loss of 6.17%.
Shadowfax’s ₹1,907 crore IPO was open for subscription from January 20-22. The IPO received a mixed response from investors and was subscribed 2.86 times overall. The reserved portion for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) was subscribed 4.00 times (except anchor investors), Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) portion was subscribed 0.88 times, Retail Investors portion was subscribed 2.43 times and Employees portion was subscribed 2.17 times.
Under this IPO, new shares worth ₹1,000 crore were issued. Additionally, 73,166,854 shares with face value of ₹10 were sold through the offer for sale window. The money received from the offer for sale went to the selling shareholders.
Of the funds raised from the fresh shares, ₹423.43 crore will be used for capital expenditure on network infrastructure; ₹138.64 crore will be spent on lease payments for new first-mile centres, last-mile centers and sort centres; ₹88.57 crore on branding, marketing and communication; And the remaining funds will be used for acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

Its services include e-commerce and D2C delivery, hyperlocal and quick commerce delivery within hours or on the same day of ordering, and SMS and personal courier services through ShadowFax’s Flash app.
Its logistics network, which is spread across the country, has 4,299 touchpoints by September 30, 2025. Its clients include Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra, Swiggy, BigBasket, Zepto, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zomato, Uber, Licious, Magicpin, and others.
