Gram flour semolina dosa: People like to eat dosa for breakfast. You might have eaten dosa made of rice and lentils many times, but try making dosa made from gram flour and semolina once and eat it. For this, you will neither have to soak the pulses nor rice, nor will there be any hassle of grinding them. You neither need to add curd nor baking soda is required in this. Whenever you feel like it, you can make crispy dosa from gram flour and semolina and eat it in just 5 minutes. Gram Flour Semolina Dosa Recipe
Step 1- First of all, put half a cup of gram flour in a flour sifter and sift it. Now filter and mix half a cup of ground semolina in it. If you don’t have ground semolina, you can also add normal semolina. Now add 1 cup water to it and prepare a thick paste. Beat the batter well for 2-3 minutes, so that the gram flour and semolina swell.


Second step- Now add 2 spoons finely chopped onion, 2 spoons grated carrot, half inch ginger piece finely chopped, 2 garlic cloves finely chopped and 1 green chilli finely chopped, some green coriander finely chopped. Add some cumin, black pepper powder, salt and 1 teaspoon lemon juice for spicy taste.


Third Step- Now add 1 cup more water to this batter and mix everything. The batter for gram flour semolina dosa should be very thin. Now heat a non-stick pan and grease it by applying some ghee.


Fourth Step- Now pour the batter on the pan and reduce the flame of the gas. When the entire dosa is spread, turn the gas on medium flame and let the dosa sink. Dosa will start becoming crispy within 2-3 minutes. If you want, apply some ghee on it or turn it over.


Crispy and delicious dosa is ready. Make all the dosas in the same way and eat them with chutney. If there is no chutney then you can enjoy them with sauce also. The taste of this dosa resembles Rava Dosa.
