Success Story: Saran district of Bihar A story has come to light which forces one to change one’s thinking. This is the story of an ordinary flour mill operator and his seven daughters, who proved that if courage is strong then circumstances never come in the way. Kamal Singh, a resident of Ekma block, has today become not just a flour mill owner but a symbol of the success of daughters.
Kamal Singh’s life was full of struggles. Being the father of seven daughters, he had to face social taunts, financial pressures and mental challenges. But he never considered daughters as a burden. He had only one dream – his daughters should study, become self-reliant and live a life of respect. This thinking gave him the strength to move forward in every difficulty.
Kamal Singh left no stone unturned in the preparation of his daughters. His daily routine was to wake up at four in the morning and personally supervise studies and physical training. Despite limited resources, he made discipline, hard work and self-confidence his biggest weapons. The daughters also took their father’s struggle as their inspiration.
Today, all the seven daughters of Kamal Singh are playing an important role in the security system of the country and the state. elder daughter Rani Kumari Singh Are in Bihar Police. In the area they are fondly called ‘Seven Singh Sisters’.
Not considering their success merely a personal achievement, the Singh sisters built a four-storey house for their parents, which was named ‘Singh Sister Palace’. This house is not just a brick and stone building, but a living example of struggle, sacrifice and respect.
Kamal Singh also has a son, who has completed B.Tech and is working in Delhi. But the identity of the family was their daughters. This story of the Singh family tells that daughters are no less than anyone. All they need is trust, opportunity and the right direction.
This story is not just of Saran or Bihar, but is an example of changing the thinking of the entire country – where daughters can not be a burden but can become the pride of ‘Khaki’.
