People are claiming on the internet that a personal video of theirs has been leaked and is going viral. Some people are saying that the length of this video is 3 minutes 24 seconds, while some people are mentioning different lengths like 19 minutes 34 seconds. These things are spreading rapidly on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram and other platforms.

But the truth is that this entire rumor is false and baseless. Cyber security experts have very clearly warned people to never click on the links of such alleged ‘viral videos’. Most of such links are fake and they take you to dangerous websites. By clicking there, your phone or computer can be hacked, your personal data (like passwords, bank details, photos) can be stolen or your device can get a virus. Apart from this, sharing or spreading someone’s personal things without any reason is also morally wrong. In many countries (including India and Bangladesh) this is against the law and can result in jail or fine. Therefore, do not forward or share such things without thinking.
