The inauguration of the football tournament competition organized under the aegis of Shri Ram Technical and Paramedical Institute in Padrauna Udit Narayan Inter College premises concluded in an enthusiastic atmosphere on Sunday. The competition was inaugurated by the chief guest, Municipal Chairman, representative Manish “Bulbul” Jaiswal after introducing himself to the players. On the inaugural occasion, Shri Jaiswal said that sports give the message of discipline, struggle, dedication and team spirit to the youth. Sports like football are a powerful medium to advance the talents of rural areas. Praising the organizing committee, he said that such competitions provide a better platform to the youth to showcase their talent. A large number of sports lovers, local villagers and social workers were present during the program. Everyone encouraged the players with applause. The inaugural match was played between Mau and Siwan (Bihar), in which the Mau team performed brilliantly and won. On this occasion, a large number of sports lovers including organizers Rajkumar Singh, Hariom Singh, Ramashray Nishad, Shailesh Singh, Raja Bedardi, Gaurav Singh, Saurabh Singh, Golu Singh, Brajesh Chaubey, Anup Gaur, Sunny Mishra, Akash Verma, Anil Pandey were present.
