  • Boneless chicken – 250 grams (finely chopped)

  • Onion – 1 big (finely chopped)

  • Capsicum – ½ cup (finely chopped)

  • Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)

  • Cheese – ½ cup (grated)

  • Red chili powder – ½ tsp

  • Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp

  • Oregano – ½ tsp

  • Pizza sauce/tomato sauce – 2 tbsp

  • Salt – as per taste

  • Oil – 1 tbsp


Dough & Coating



  • Flour – 1 cup

  • Salt – ¼ tsp

  • Oil/Ghee – 2 tbsp

  • Water – to knead the dough

विधि – Chicken Pizza Samosa Recipe


To make Chicken Pizza Samosa, first prepare the samosa dough. For this, add 1 cup flour, ¼ teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons oil in a bowl and mix well. Now add water little by little and knead a stiff dough and keep it covered for 20-25 minutes.


Meanwhile we will prepare the filling. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and fry until light golden. Now add finely chopped boneless chicken and fry until the chicken is completely cooked.


After this, add chopped tomatoes and capsicum, then add ½ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp oregano and salt as per taste and mix well. Now add 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce and cook for 2 to 3 minutes so that all the spices get mixed well inside the chicken. Finally, turn off the gas and add grated cheese so that the filling becomes creamy and cheesy. After the filling is ready, let it cool a little.


Now take small balls of dough and roll them in half and cut a circular part out of it. Shape each half into a cone and fill the prepared chicken pizza filling inside. Seal the edges with water or flour solution so that the filling does not come out while frying. Prepare all the samosas in the same manner.


Heat enough oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas on medium flame until they become golden and crunchy. While frying, keep in mind that the oil should not be too hot, otherwise the samosa will brown quickly from outside and may remain raw from inside. In about 5–6 minutes the samosa becomes completely golden and crunchy.


Serve hot Chicken Pizza Samosa with green chutney, tomato ketchup or chili sauce. It not only tastes like street food but is also perfect as a party starter, evening snack or kids’ favorite recipe.
