In this inaugural match, Alphabet Lucknow, on the basis of its all-round performance, defeated Singrauli Boys by a huge margin of 80 runs. The competition was formally inaugurated by chief guest Rajendra Kumar Aggarwal (CGM, Obra Project) by cutting the ribbon.

He got to know the players and encouraged them and inspired them to play the game in the spirit of sportsmanship. After winning the toss and opting to bat first, Alphabet Lucknow team defeated the opposition bowlers in the stipulated 20 overs. The team scored a mountain-like score of 210 runs after losing only 4 wickets. Adarsh ​​Yadav scored 68 runs in just 46 balls with the help of 10 fours and 1 six. Aryan Shukla also played a brilliant inning of 61 runs facing 46 balls.

On behalf of Singrauli Boys, Shukla bowled well and took 2 wickets for 38 runs in 4 overs, but due to lack of support from other bowlers, Lucknow team was successful in making a big score. The Singrauli Boys team, which came out to chase the huge target of 211 runs, looked under pressure from the very beginning. In front of the precise line-length of Lucknow bowlers, Singrauli batsmen kept returning to the pavilion on the lines of ‘Tu chal main aaya’. The entire team collapsed for 130 runs, due to which Lucknow won the match by 80 runs.

Adarsh ​​Yadav was awarded the title of Man of the Match for his brilliant batting. This honor was given to him by SP Singh and Praveen Kumar Singh. On this occasion A.K. Rai (Superintending Engineer), Chandni Devi (Chairman, Nagar Panchayat Obra), Akhilesh Kumar Singh (Executive Officer), Shravan Paswan, Rahul Kumar Singh, Ramesh Singh Yadav, Amresh Yadav, SP Singh, Anurag Mishra and Satyendra Singh were present. The responsibility of umpiring was done by Praveen Kumar Singh and Sonu Rai, while the scoring was done by Akshay Patel.
