Junaid Safdar, the grandson of the former Prime Minister of India’s neighbouring country Nawaz Sharif, recently married Shanzay Ali Rohail, and yes, the wedding was as grand as everyone imagined. The celebrations were big and beautiful, but what really stayed with people was the bride’s sense of style. Shanzay’s bridal looks quickly became the talking point, especially since she chose two Indian designers, Sabyasachi Mukherjee and Tarun Tahiliani, and wore them with quiet confidence rather than over-the-top drama.

You could see the effort in every detail. The fabrics were rich, the embroidery dense and delicate at the same time, and the jewellery made its presence felt. Nothing looked rushed or random. Later, her makeup artist Saad Sami shared behind-the-scenes glimpses, and those close-up shots only highlighted how much craftsmanship went into each look.
