New Delhi: Last night in IPL cricket in Lucknow, Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by 42 runs. In reply to the target of 232 runs, Bengaluru was all out for 189 runs in 19 overs and five balls. Captain Pat Cummins took three wickets and Ishan Malinga took two wickets for Sunrisers.

Earlier, Sunrisers Hyderabad, batting first, had scored 231 runs for six wickets in 20 overs. Ishan Kishan played a brilliant unbeaten inning of 94 runs in 48 balls.

He was declared player of the match. Today Punjab Kings will face Delhi Capitals in Jaipur. This match will be played from 7.30 pm.
