Deandra Dottin conceded the joint-most expensive over in the history of the Women’s Premier League (WPL), equalling a record created just a day before, after Grace Harris smashed her for 32 runs in the sixth innings of Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s chase against UP Warriorz at the DY Patil Stadium on Monday.
Dottin equalled the record set by Sneh Rana the night before in the match between Delhi Capitals and Gujarat Giants.
Australian batter Harris put the first ball of the over, which was called a no-ball, away for four, before dispatching the free hit for six. She then followed it up with two more fours and two more sixes to leave RCB 78 for no loss at the end of the PowerPlay.
Prior to the start of the WPL 2026 season, the record for the most expensive over in WPL history was held by Deepti Sharma, who conceded 28 runs in an over against RCB last season.
