Two accused who opened fire in the encounter between police and miscreants in Phulpur police station area have been arrested. During the encounter, one of the accused was injured by a bullet in his leg and has been sent to the hospital for treatment.

According to the police, at around 4:45 am on Friday, suspicious persons and vehicles were being checked by the Phulpur police station team near village Baudai Mor, high tension line on the banks of the canal.
