What to prepare for breakfast which is healthy and also tasty to eat? If you are also troubled by this thought, then we are telling you a breakfast which can be prepared without flour and maida. Yes, you can make and eat completely white and fluffy puris without any flour or maida. These puris taste very tasty with tea. You can also eat them with vegetables or pickles. First step- Puris are made with flour or maida only, but you can prepare them without flour or maida also. For this you have to take 1 cup semolina. Put semolina in a mixer and grind it finely. Now take rice flour one by one. Mix both.
Second step- Add salt, crushed red chilli, chopped coriander or kasuri methi and garam masala to the semolina and rice flour. Now add lukewarm water and knead it like a soft dough. Both semolina and rice absorb water, so make the dough slightly wet.
Third step- Now keep the dough covered like this for at least 15-20 minutes to set. Semolina and rice will swell well. Now apply 1 spoon oil in it and set the dough well. Now apply dry flour or maida or rice flour and roll the puris.
Fourth step- Fry the puris in ghee on medium flame. It is completely white and tastes very tasty. Since you have added salt, chilli and other spices to the puris, their flavor also increases a lot. You can eat them with tea. If you don’t feel like making breakfast in winter, then make this puri and eat it. Children will also like these puris.
