Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Adi Lokotsav is a powerful platform to connect with the primitive and folk culture of the country.
This festival is a symbol of the folk-cultural consciousness of India, in which folk songs, folk dances, traditional instruments and tribal traditions are seen alive.



Village and culture are the soul of India


The Chief Minister said that India is a country of villages and villages are our soul.
The culture of villages is the real identity of the country.
It is the responsibility of all of us to preserve it and take it forward.


Appreciation of efforts of Goa government


Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the Goa government has been keeping the folk culture alive by organizing Aadi Lokotsav for the last 25 years.
He expressed confidence that this festival will take an even grander form in the times to come.


Salute to Lord Birsa Munda


Chief Minister Shri Sai, while paying tribute to Lord Birsa Munda, said that the tribal history has been glorious.
Lord Birsa Munda created history by fighting against the British at a very young age.
He said that many tribal heroes did not get due respect earlier, which is now being recognized by the country.


Goa News: Unique sacrifice of Rani Durgavati


The Chief Minister remembered the sacrifice of tribal warrior Rani Durgavati.
He said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has built a grand museum in his honor in Jabalpur, so that the coming generations can know his bravery.


Contribution of tribal heroes of Chhattisgarh


Chief Minister Shri Sai said that about 32 percent of the population of Chhattisgarh belongs to the tribal community.
14 tribal great men here sacrificed their lives for the freedom of the country.
He remembered heroes like Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh, Veer Gundadhur and Gend Singh.



History comes alive through digital museum


The Chief Minister said that in Naya Raipur Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Digital Museum Has been created.
This is the country’s first digital museum, which was inaugurated by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
He invited all the people to come to Chhattisgarh and see this museum.


Increasing respect for tribal society


Chief Minister Shri Sai said that today the daughter of the tribal community is holding the highest post of the country as the President.
He said that becoming the Chief Minister from the tribal community reflects the inclusive thinking of Prime Minister Shri Modi.


Goa News: Central government schemes for tribal development


The Chief Minister mentioned Dharti Aaba Tribal Village Utkarsh Abhiyan and Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana.
He said that the Central Government is continuously working for the overall development of the tribal society.


Atal ji and tribal welfare ministry


Chief Minister Shri Sai, remembering former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, said that the Ministry of Tribal Welfare Ministry was established during his tenure.
Today, schemes for crores of tribal citizens are being run through this ministry.


Changing Chhattisgarh: Steps towards development


The Chief Minister said that Chhattisgarh is no longer identified as a Naxal affected state.
The back of Naxalism has been broken and the state is moving forward on the path of development, peace and investment.
So far under the new industrial policy 8 lakh crore rupees Investment proposals have been received.
