According to The Starthe 39-year-old relocated earlier this month from a 3,000 sq.ft (279 sq.m) mansion in Kau To Shan to her own 500 sq.ft flat in Wong Tai Sin, which she purchased in 2020 for about HK$9 million (US$1.15 million).

Speaking at a public event earlier this month, Chan confirmed that she and Yeung brought their nine-year romance to an end three months ago.

As reported by The Standardshe said the breakup was made peacefully, involved no third party, and stemmed from differences in values.

Reports said Chan has since adopted a simpler and more independent lifestyle, including choosing to drive herself rather than rely on a chauffeur and cutting back on discretionary spending.

After winning the Miss Hong Kong title, Chan joined broadcaster TVB as an actress. She is known for her roles in dramas and films such as “Love Suddenly,” “Prison Flowers,” “G Storm” and “PTU 2019.”

Yeung, owner of personal care and skincare company Choi Fung Hong, is estimated to have a net worth of about HK$1 billion.
