WPL 2026 Opening Ceremony: The Women’s Premier League 2026 has had a colorful start. Bollywood stars were seen in the opening ceremony at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez showed off her style in this ceremony. In this opening ceremony, rapper Honey Singh forced the audience to dance to his songs.

Harnaaz Sandhu started the opening ceremony

Miss Universe Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu, who debuted in Bollywood with Baaghi 4, started the opening ceremony by giving a speech about women empowerment and appealed to the audience to uplift women and give them flight. Harnaaz has represented India at the world level. She became Miss Universe in 2021.

Jacqueline Fernandez shines in the ceremony

After this, Jacqueline gave a spectacular performance on the stage. He danced on the song Lal Pari, Lal Pari. Apart from this, he also forced the audience to dance on Jumme Ki Raat Hai. Jacqueline’s magic simply wowed the fans and she entertained the fans by dancing on many Bollywood songs.

After this, Honey Singh showcased his voice in the opening ceremony of WPL 2026. He sang the Millionaire song. After this he forced the fans to dance to his famous song Payal. The fans present on the ground went crazy over Blue Eyes and started dancing vigorously. In the end, Honey Singh also entertained the fans with lungi dance.

The first match will be between Mumbai and Bengaluru

Today i.e. some time from now, the first match of the Women’s Premier League is going to be played between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Harmanpreet Kaur’s team will be seen battling Smriti Mandhana’s team at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. In this match, star Indian players like Richa Ghosh, Radha Yadav, Pooja Vastrakar and Shreyanka Patil will be seen.
