New Delhi: The Budget Session of the Parliament will commence on January 28 while the Union Budget 2026 will be tabled on February 1. This information was shared by a note put out by the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs on Friday 09 January 2026.

According to the note the Budget Session will start on 28 January 2026 and continue till 2 April 2026.

The first phase of the Budget Session will conclude on 13 February 2026 while the Parliament will assemble for the second phase on 9 March 2026.

The government will present the Economic Survey 2025-26 on 29 January 2026 and the Union Budget 2026-27 will be tabled on 1 February 2026.
