Kichcha Sudeep ’s latest release ‘Mark’ is raking decent numbers at the box office after the film hit the theatres on Christmas. The movie on Tuesday went on to add Rs 22 lakh as per the early estimates.
According to the report by trade analyst Sacnilk, the film collected Rs 22 lakh on its day 13 of release. It had a strong opening weekend, with the first day itself earning Rs 8.6 crore, and the first weekend completed with Rs 18.4 crore. Later, the film on day 5 added Rs 1.15 crore and on day 8 made Rs 1.9 crore. The first week collection comes to 23.15 crore. After a week on the second Friday, it made Rs 75 lakh, on the second Saturday, it collected Rs 90 lakh and on the second Sunday, it collected Rs 1.15 crore last Sunday. On Monday, it made Rs 27 lakh and after Tuesday’s collections, the total stands at Rs 26.44 crore.
Theatre occupancySpeaking of the film’s occupancy, it had an overall overall 8.81% Kannada Occupancy. The morning shows registered 5.24% and saw a rise to 8.80% in the afternoon. Evening shows further increased to 9.17% and lastly it also to 12.01% at the night concluding the day.
About the film, ‘Mark’Directed by Vijay Karthikeyaa , the film involves Kichcha Sudeeep as a suspended police officer who is in a fight against corrupt politicians and goons. The film also features Naveen Chandra, Yogi Babu, Nishvika Naidu, Guru Somasundaram, and Roshni Prakash in key roles.
