Under this scheme, mothers of students who score more than 80% marks in class 10th and 12th will get Rs 2,100 per month. So far 1.025 million women have applied under this scheme.

About 800,000 women are getting help

Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini said that approximately 800,000 women are getting help under Lado Lakshmi Yojana. This figure is expected to increase after additional applications are processed. Approximately Rs. 250 crores will be spent on this scheme. Chief Minister Naseeb Saini has released this amount in two installments.

What did Chief Minister Saini say?

Chief Minister Saini said that women who help their children recover from malnutrition and weakness will also be eligible for monthly assistance. Of the assistance amount of Rs 2,100, Rs 1,100 will be credited to the woman’s account, while the remaining Rs 1,000 will be a fixed amount, which will be disbursed later with interest.

Every three months money will be deposited in the woman’s account

Chief Minister Saini said that under Lado Lakshmi Yojana, women will get help in their accounts every three months instead of every month. This assistance will be given to the mother of the child who secures more than 80% marks in 10th or 12th. In case of premature death, a fixed amount will be paid immediately to the woman’s family.

It is worth noting that Haryana Government’s Lado Lakshmi Yojana was launched in September 2025. The first installment under the scheme was disbursed on November 1 and the second installment in the first week of December.
