Ingredients to make carrot laddu



  • Carrot – 500 grams

  • Sugar – 250 grams

  • Khoya – 200 grams

  • Coconut flakes – 200 grams

  • a handful of cashews, almonds

  • Cardamom powder – as per taste


Easy method of making carrot laddu



  1. Prepare Carrots: Wash the carrots and cut them into 2-3 pieces.

  2. Boil: Pour water into the cooker and add carrots and boil. Carrots will melt in 2 whistles.

  3. Fry: Add ghee in the pan and fry the boiled carrots.

  4. Add Sweeteners: Add sugar to the roasted carrots and mix well and fry again.

  5. Mix Flavors: Now add cardamom powder, cashew nuts, almonds and khoya and mix well.

  6. Make Laddu: Let the mixture cool. Apply ghee on the palm and shape it into laddu.

  7. Coat and Decorate: Coat the laddus with coconut shavings and garnish with cashew nuts and serve.
