If it exceeds 24 hours, the captain will get Rs 150 per hour instead of Rs 100 and the co-pilot will get Rs 75 per hour instead of Rs 50.


• night allowance: If a pilot or co-pilot has a night shift, then this allowance is given for him. Now, on doing night duty, the pilot will get an allowance of Rs 2,000. Similarly, the co-pilot will be given a night allowance of Rs 1,000.


• deadhead allowance: Sometimes the pilot has to go to another place as a passenger, so that he can operate the next flight from there. Deadhead allowance is available for this. This has also increased. Now pilots will get deadhead allowance of Rs 4,000 instead of Rs 3,000 and co-pilots will get Rs 2,000 instead of Rs 1,500.
