Filmmaker Sajid Khan suffered a major injury on the sets of a film in Mumbai. Khan fractured his foot during the shoot and was then rushed to the hospital where he underwent surgery the following day. Now his sister Farah Khan has shared an update on Sajids health and recovery.

The incident took place while Sajid Khan was shooting for an Ekta Kapoor-backed project in Mumbai. As reported by Hindustan Times the director sustained a foot fracture during the shoot and was rushed for medical attention. He underwent surgery on Sunday after which Farah Khan assured fans and well-wishers about his health. She said The surgery is done he is absolutely fine now.
