Many effective remedies have been suggested in Ayurveda for intestinal care:



  1. Consumption of buttermilk: Drinking buttermilk every afternoon is very beneficial for the intestines. Drinking it mixed with asafoetida and cumin kills intestinal bacteria.

  2. pomegranate juice: Drinking pomegranate juice reduces intestinal infections and improves the digestion process.

  3. Bael Juice: Bael juice provides cooling effect and helps in cleaning the intestines. This is especially beneficial in summer.

  4. Triphala Powder: Taking Triphala powder with lukewarm water helps in cleaning the intestines and reduces the risk of infection.

  5. Turmeric and Milk: Turmeric has antibacterial properties. Consuming turmeric with milk reduces intestinal inflammation and helps in cleansing.
