Green cardamom – 2 pods, crushed
Cloves – 2
Cinnamon – 1 small stick

Instructions:

In a saucepan, bring water, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon to a boil.

Ingredients:

Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp

Instructions:

In a saucepan, heat milk on medium flame. Do not boil.

Add cocoa powder, sugar, and dark chocolate, whisking until smooth.

Sprinkle cinnamon and stir well.
