The festive season is undoubtedly a time of indulgence where we get to tuck into a plethora of wonderful treats. There's no need to hold back when it comes to creativity with Christmas food, and one content creator has shared the perfect treat to put on your dinner table on the big day.

Chloe, who goes by @chloeandloex on TikTok, went viral back in 2024 for a delicious appetiser recipe and has recently revisited it for this year's festivities. Instead of receiving Yorkshire puddings for your Christmas dinner, Chloe uses them as handheld snack stuffed with loads of familiar festive flavours. All you need is some of your favourite pigs in blankets and indulgent Camembert cheese.

Two popular favourites at Christmas, Chloe pairs them with some sweet honey, chilli flakes and rosemary. She wrote in the video's caption: "One of my most popular recipes from last year and I couldn't wait to remake it this year and still just as good!

"Perfect little appetisers for your festive table - or just a cosy snack (they're so good)."

Chloe's video has been viewed over 1.8 million times, receiving 51,600 likes and 354 comments, at the time of writing. Ruby suggested: "A little bit of Cranberry in those and they would be perfect for me."

Ellie wrote: "Ohhhh. Gonna try this. Thinking whether a bit of stuffing in there would be good."

Black butterfly said, "Omg this is a great idea for a starter," while another commented, "I am not waiting 'til Christmas, I'm making these tonight, after the kids have gone to bed of course!"

Jon simply agreed, "This is genius," while Gagdie wrote, "How deeeeeelish do they look."

If you're in need of some indulgent inspiration for a Christmas dinner starter, canape, or picky bits in the evening, here's how you can recreate Chloe's recipe at home this festive season.

Ingredients

  • Camembert, cut into wedges

  • Pigs in blankets, pre-cooked

  • Yorkshire puddings

  • Honey, to drizzle

  • Chilli flakes, to sprinkle

  • Rosemary, to sprinkle

Method

Cook the Yorkshire puddings as instructed on the packaging, if cooking from frozen. Layer up the camembert wedges and pigs in blankets, as much as you can fit into the pudding.

Top with a drizzle of honey. Cook in the air fryer or oven for eight minutes.

Once cooked, top with a sprinkling of chilli flakes and rosemary. Serve as an appetiser on your Christmas dinner table or at a Christmas party.
