New Delhi: Coforge has announced the release of EvolveOps.AI, a new IT operations administration platform created to assist businesses to transition into an AI-focused operating framework. The platform uses agentic AI to enhance agility, resilience, and efficiency in the complex hybrid cloud environments.

The company claims that EvolveOps.AI is used to implement end-to-end autonomous operations through embedding AI agents throughout the technology operations lifecycle. The platform is fully based on open-source technologies, and it is also integrated with the existing observability, automation, and data systems to enable the enterprises to modernise the IT operations without fully replacing the investments they had.

EvolveOps. AI operates with advanced agents of Agentic AI, which are able to analyse scenarios, reason about issues, make choices, and act throughout enterprise systems. The platform encourages a transformation of the IT management approach from reactive management to proactive and self-healing operations that require less manual intervention.

Coforge said that the organisations that utilised the platform saw a 25 per cent decrease in downtime of their systems, a 40 per cent decrease in their IT operations costs and a 60 per cent decrease in the time of detection of an incident and time to resolve the incident. The operational efficiency has also ensured products reach the market faster by 40 per cent in companies.

Agentic personas and enterprise guardrails

The main idea behind EvolveOps. AI is a mix of small-dialect Small Language Models (SLMs) and deterministic models to achieve a compromise between cost and efficiency. Coforge has created 28 agentic personalities, such as SRE, Cloud, Infrastructure, Network, Kubernetes, FinOps, and Service Management agents.

There are also good governance controls designed within the platform, whereby the enterprises have the option of operating on a human-in-the-loop or fully autonomous basis.
