Ahmedabad, December 24, 2025: Power Up Your Business A motivational session titled “Power Up Your Business with Google My Business and WhatsApp Strategies” was organized by the Digital Marketing and Digital Media Committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), in collaboration with the Business Women Committee and Mahajan Sammandan Taskforce on Tuesday, 23 December 2025 at GCCI.

GCCI Senior Vice President Rajeshbhai Gandhi was especially present on this occasion. Pradeepbhai Jain, Chairman of the Digital Marketing and Digital Media Committee, delivered the welcome address, in which he praised the efforts of the committee to equip small businessmen with practical digital tools. He stressed that in today’s fast-changing market, platforms like Google My Business and WhatsApp are essential to enhance business growth, visibility and customer engagement.

In this session, Chairperson of Business Women Committee, Mrs. Asha Vaghasia and Chairman of Mahajan Coordination Taskforce, Ashish Zaveri also participated and provided encouragement.

What did the experts say?

Google My Business (GMB) Mastery: Akash Shah, Director, Zero Dimension Private Limited, gave in-depth understanding on increasing business presence at local level and optimizing Google profile. He demonstrated the importance of GMB, review management and analytics strategies, especially for sectors such as retail, hospitality, healthcare and real estate.

WhatsApp for small businesses: Kirtan Chauhan, founder of Sold Agency, explains how to fix issues like delayed responses and missed follow-ups by using the WhatsApp Business API. He highlighted features like automated replies, CRM integration and secure broadcasts. These sessions were extremely informative and interactive, in which the participants gained practical knowledge.

At the end of the program, vote of thanks was given by Mohit Padhiyaar, member of the Digital Marketing and Digital Media Committee.
