Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami was suddenly seen among the people on the streets of Ranikhet this morning. During his two-day visit to Almora, he went out on a morning walk and talked openly with the local people while sipping tea.
On this occasion, CM Dhami took direct feedback from the people about his government’s ‘People’s Government, People’s Door’ campaign. The general public praised this initiative and said that it is a very effective way to solve public problems immediately.
CM Dhami often takes a morning walk while visiting his districts. During this, they meet local people, small traders and tourists, so that the ground reality of government schemes can be known.
A similar scene was seen today in Ranikhet also. The Chief Minister said that such campaigns are strengthening the trust and communication between the government and the public. The government is directly involved in understanding the problems and solving them on priority basis.
During the walk, CM Dhami also met tourists from Delhi. He asked the tourists about their winter travel experiences. Tourists praised the natural beauty and peace of Almora.
CM described this positive feedback as encouraging and said that this is a great inspiration to work in the public interest.
Let us inform that Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is on a two-day visit to Almora, where he was given a warm welcome. During this tour, he has announced the construction of a 50-bed hostel for the players at Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Stadium.
Also, widening of Almora-Pauri-Rudraprayag road at a cost of Rs 400 crore and Almora-Bageshwar road at a cost of Rs 922 crore has been approved, which will make the travel of the people much easier.
