Police investigation revealed that the person behind this horrific crime was none other than her own husband Pradeep Mishra (46).

According to sources, there was domestic tension going on between the husband and wife for a long time. Lakshmi had a love affair with a young man, due to which there were daily fights in the house. This love affair ultimately became the enemy of his life.

According to the police, on the night of December 19, the accused husband Pradeep first strangled Lakshmi to death with a muffler. Then to erase his identity, his head and face were crushed with a brick. After the murder, the body was thrown at a deserted place.

There was a stir after the dead body was found

When the body was found on the morning of 21 December, there was a sensation in the entire area. The woman’s face was so badly bruised that it was difficult to recognize. But with the help of the tattoo on her hand, the police identified the deceased as Lakshmi Mishra.

According to Pradeep, he tolerated everything for the sake of the children and kept trying to save the marriage. The couple has a son and a daughter.
