Grand event of Janadesh Parab organized in Janjgir-Champa on completion of two years of Chhattisgarh government.

Raipur News: Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda gave a clear message from the stage on the achievements, public welfare and future direction of the state at the Janadesh Parab organized at Khokhrabhatha Police Line ground in Janjgir-Champa district to commemorate the completion of two successful years of the Chhattisgarh government under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. In the program that started with Vande Mataram and the state anthem, the pledge of public trust, pride and construction was reiterated.

Union Minister Nadda said that “what was said, he did – and what was not said, he also did.” Outlining the report card of two years, he said that the government has taken sensitive and consequential decisions in the interest of farmers, women, youth and workers, the impact of which is visible at the ground level. He said that payment of more than Rs 3700 crore to farmers in the first month of government formation and direct transfer of Rs 1.25 lakh crore in the last two years is a proof of respect for the farmers. For landless agricultural labourers, more than 5 lakh beneficiaries were given assistance of Rs 10,000 each, which strengthened their socio-economic security.

Union Minister Nadda said that steps like transparent recruitment mechanism for youth, recruitment process for 32 thousand posts, transparency in Public Service Commission, establishment of Nalanda Library and modernization of ITI, he described as the “foundation of future-building”. He described Mahtari Vandan Yojana and Mahtari Sadan for women’s self-reliance, benefits to 70 lakh families under PM Janman and empowerment of tribal society through Dharti Aaba Tribe Gram Utkarsh Yojana as examples of the sensitivity of the government. The Union Minister said that the railway budget of Chhattisgarh has increased 22 times, 32 Amrit stations are being developed on world-class standards and the widespread benefits of schemes like Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala, Jal Jeevan Mission, PM-Kisan have reached the common people.

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, while congratulating the people of the state on completion of two years of the present government of Chhattisgarh, said that the government is continuously working to live up to the trust of the general public. Many schemes including Pradhan Mantri Awas, Mahtari Vandan, Landless Agricultural Laborers Welfare Scheme, Charan Paduka have given impetus to development. Chief Minister Sai clarified that concrete progress has been made towards the goal of breaking the back of Naxalism and Naxal-free Chhattisgarh. A coordinated strategy on all three fronts – security, rehabilitation and development – ​​has paved the way for peace and prosperity. He said that through Vision Document 2047, a roadmap has been set to make resource-rich Chhattisgarh a strong, self-reliant and developed state, so that the coming generations can get a state of opportunities.

Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao said that organizing Janadesh Parab in Janjgir-Champa is a historic moment for the district. In Chhattisgarh, the guarantees of Prime Minister Narendra Modi are being fulfilled one by one. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma said that after the formation of the government, 18 lakh houses have been sanctioned and all the development works are being carried forward rapidly, due to which the common people are getting direct benefits.

Finance Minister and District Incharge Minister O.P. Chaudhary said in the welcome address that the government has strengthened democracy, public trust and good governance. Chhattisgarh is creating new standards of development through the vision document. Jagdalpur MLA Kiran Singh Dev, while congratulating the public on the completion of two years of the government, said that during this period, new dimensions of development have been established and the benefits of the schemes have reached the last person.

In the program, Union Minister JP Nadda released the report-card of achievements of the 2 years of tenure in Chhattisgarh under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai and the book “2 years of service”, in which the achievements of the government in the two years have been presented. During the program, highlighting the unique identity of Janjgir-Champa, the guests were given a traditional welcome by presenting Kosa and bronze. A video based on the achievements of the last two years was shown in the program.

Information about schemes including agriculture, horticulture, fisheries, education, women-child development, water resources, energy, cooperation was taken at many stalls. Chief Minister Sai interacted directly with the beneficiaries and heard about the positive changes brought about in their lives by the schemes. In the programme, keys were handed over to the beneficiaries under PM Awas Yojana. On this occasion, public representatives called upon the officials for effective implementation of the schemes and delivery of benefits to the last person.
