Ingredients to make Paneer Manchurian:
800 grams paneer cut into cubes, one teaspoon cornstarch, 1 inch ginger, 4-5 garlic cloves, 1 medium sized onion, cut into pieces, half cup green onion, 4-5 green chillies, soft coriander stalks, two tablespoon cornstarch solution, 2-3 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, roughly chopped, coriander leaves and green onion leaves
Ingredients for Sauce Mix:
2-3 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp schezwan sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, ½ tsp black pepper, crushed, ½ cup water
How to make Paneer Manchurian?
First of all, turn on the gas and put oil in a pan, when the oil gets hot, add the paneer cubes and fry them till they become golden brown from both the sides. When the cheese is fried, add ginger and garlic in the same pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. When they become golden, add onion, green chillies and fry for a while. When the onion is fried golden, add the sauce mix to it.
To make the sauce mix, add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, Schezwan sauce, vinegar, sugar, black pepper and water in a bowl, mix well and prepare the solution. Now add these. Mix the sauce, add fried cheese in it and let it boil. Add cornstarch slurry to adjust the consistency and cook well.
Finally, add green onions and coriander leaves and mix well. Take it out in a serving dish, garnish with coriander leaves and green onions. Serve hot. to make sauce
