The recruitment drive is part of an effort to improve its Grok chatbot.

Requirements for the Android engineer position
Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and reactive programming.

They should have a strong product sense and can build intuitive user experiences.

The candidate must also have experience architecting modern large production apps while embodying technical excellence along with a strong sense of ownership.

Experience in shipping standout apps/features demonstrating technical excellence and exceptional product intuition would be an added advantage.
