  • Soya Chaap Sticks

  • Curd

  • Ginger-Garlic Paste

  • onion paste

  • Tomato Puree

  • turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder

  • garam masala

  • Cream or butter

  • salt as per taste

  • oil or butter


How to make Soya Chaap


First of all, boil the soya chaap in hot water and then squeeze it well so that its raw smell goes away. Now heat oil or butter in a pan and add onion paste and fry until it turns golden. Add ginger-garlic paste to it and then add tomato puree and cook the spices. Now add all the dry spices and curd and fry well. When the masala starts releasing oil, add soya chaap and cook on low flame. Finally add cream and mix.
