'Sholay: The Final Cut' box office collection day 4: Dharmendra, Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini starrer iconic hit makes over Rs 1.50 amid the huge buzz of Ranveer Singh's 'Dhurandhar'
Bollywood’s iconic film, ‘ Sholay ’ starring late actor Dharmendra , Amitabh Bachchan , Hema Malini and others, has made its re-entry in a grand way. The film is re-released in 70MM with a restored 4K version as ‘Sholay - The Final Cut’. Hiting the big screens on December 12, the film is on its fourth day collected Rs 15 lakh in the market as Ranveer Singh ’s ‘ Dhurandhar ’ kept a strong grip.
As per a report by trade analyst Sanilk, the film minted over Rs 30 lakh on the opening day. The next day, it went on to collect Rs 50 lakh and made Rs 60 lakh on the third day. Yesterday, on Monday, December 15, the film made Rs 15 lakh as per the early estimates, bringing the total to Rs 1.55 crore at the box office.
