If carrot halwa is not made in every house during the winter season, then winter is incomplete. In this season, fresh red carrots are available in abundance in the market. In such a situation, its halwa is made in every house. It tastes quite tasty. Besides, the guests coming to the house also enjoy it a lot. But the problem arises when there is a diabetic patient in the house. In view of diabetes, carrot halwa is made less in some houses. The reason is its sweetness. In such a situation, if you too are not able to eat carrot halwa because of sweets, then today we are going to tell you about a recipe of carrot halwa which you can prepare without sugar, jaggery and sugar.
To make carrot halwa, first wash the carrots thoroughly and peel them. Then cut it into thick pieces.
Now take a cooker and put chopped carrots in it. After this add half cup milk in it and whistle for 5-6 whistles. While the cooker whistles, grate 200 grams of cheese.
When the cooker whistles, mash it well.
Now take a heavy pan and add mashed carrots to it and cook it on high flame. Cook it on high flame until its water dries up. While the water is drying, take half a cup of almonds or cashews and grind them.
Add ground almonds to carrots and fry it well for 5-7 minutes. After cooking it for 5-7 minutes, add grated cheese to the carrots and mix it well. After this add half cup milk powder in it. Mix it well also.
Now take the mixer again and add a piece of beetroot in it. After this, add half cup raisins or raisins as per taste in this jar. Now add half cup of ghee in it and grind it well. Adding beetroot will improve the color and raisins will work to bring sweetness to the halwa.
Add this finely ground paste to the carrots and cook for 15 minutes. When it is cooked well, turn off the gas, garnish and serve hot.
